Regular Visits

Dr Gary LuePann adjusting a patient.A typical office visit last about 10 -15 minutes. Upon arrival you will scan your key fob into the reception sensor and this will put you into the system. When it is your turn to be adjusted the system will call your name and direct you to the appropriate adjusting table. Scanning the key fob at the table will bring up your personal file for the doctor on that computer so he will have all of your information at his finger tips.

You will then lay face down and take a couple of relaxing breathes to ease tension in the spine while taking the spine out of gravity. This prepares the body well to receive the adjustment. After the adjustment the front desk will confirm your next visit date and time.

Dr Gary Asks some important questions of interest to Scarborough residents - Chiropractor Scarborough Dr Gary Asks...

Why does chiropractic work?
Chiropractic works because your nervous system, consisting of your brain, spinal cord and all the nerves of your body, controls and regulates every cell, tissue, organ and system of your body. A chiropractor locates and reduces areas of nervous system compromise (usually along the spine) so your capacity to heal is restored. Chiropractic works by helping your body work as it was designed.
What does a chiropractic adjustment do?
Chiropractic adjustments give your spine a little "nudge" at the right place, right time and the right direction so your body can use that energy to "right" itself. With a schedule of consistent chiropractic visits, a new, healthier spinal pattern emerges.
